This little intention jar has been handmade by me near Pendle Hill, Lancashire, with ingredients traditionally associated with confidence, courage, self-belief and personal power.

Inside you’ll find a hand-selected blend of herbs and botanicals, including rosemary, rose, bay and other confidence-focused ingredients, alongside a carnelian crystal — traditionally associated with courage, motivation and finding your fire again.
