🌙 Meet the Witch Welcome! I’m Martha, the witch behind The Ginger Witch of Pendle. I grew up in Pendle, Lancashire, beneath the unmistakable shadow of Pendle Hill. This is my home, a landscape steeped in folklore, history and centuries-old stories of witchcraft. It has always been part of my world, and now it sits at the heart of everything I create. My witchcraft is rooted in intention, intuition and the magic found in everyday things. Herbs, candles, crystals, the changing moon and the land around me. Every spell and spell jar you find here is created by me and blessed here in Pendle, with its own intention at the heart of it. Where possible, I use herbs that I have grown or gathered locally, bringing a little piece of Pendle into my work. I believe witchcraft can be beautifully simple. An intention. A flame. A handful of herbs. A moment when you decide you are ready to invite something new into your life.
